✅每張訂單獨立操作，即使下單者為同一人、送貨地址為同一處所，恕不能合併交收 / 送貨。
✅如訂單有多於一項產品，一般會等候最後到貨的產品到達後再整張訂單安排交收 / 送貨。如有個別需要，敬請自行聯絡本店。
🔰預訂產品🔰
✅本店代購產品的截單日及到貨日不同，請留意每個post描述。
✅訂購產品請於截單日前付訂金，得到確認才算成功下單。
✅早鳥優惠不適用於五天過數限期，若早鳥價截單時間一到，訂單將立即被取消。
✅預訂商品並非現貨，出貨日視乎供應商安排。
✅一般而言，由供應商正式出貨日起計，運到香港需時14-21個工作天。
✅預訂產品也有缺貨可能，如果缺貨會安排退款*。
*透過信用卡付款的話將會扣除手續費後將餘款退回，因此強烈建議所有預購產品都以現金方式交易。

🔰現貨產品🔰
✅現貨產品同時會在不同渠道販售 (如Facebook / IG)，本店會盡力更新庫存，但有機會未能及時更新導致缺貨產生。
✅如現貨產品與預訂產品同時下單，本店只會等候最後到貨的產品到達後再整張訂單安排交收 / 送貨。
⚠️本店強烈建議，如有需要請把現貨產品與預訂產品分開下單，以便本店安排先將現貨產品交收 / 送貨。
🔰交收細則🔰
✅如選擇速遞交收，產品到齊後會儘快安排寄出。
✅如選擇現時點格仔取貨，需要於收到通知起計7個工作天內取貨，敬請預留時間取貨，7天後仍未取本店有權將產品回收並重新放售, 已付之款項不作退還。
✅（現正暫停) 如選擇門市預約取貨，需於本店發出到貨通知後一個月內完成交收。一個月內未能完成交收將視為放棄產品，由本店處理不作另行通知，已付之款項不作退還。
✅部份產品如有需要，本店會在出貨前開封作檢查或拍照作紀錄，確保產品與描述相同。故此如速遞收貨後出現問題，買家需自行向速遞追討損失。
✅貨物出門，恕不退換。唯產品本身出現嚴重問題致不能使用（如電子產品零件缺欠產品不能運作、食品有效期已過），買家需於收到產品後24小時內提出問題，過後一概不予負責
✅如換貨涉及運費，來回費用需由買家承擔

✅We will make every effort to ensure that the prices, information and sizes of the items listed on the online store have been updated. We reserve the right to change the price of the goods without prior notice. We can decide whether to accept all orders based on the inventory supply.
✅All the images of the products we display on the online store are for reference only. The actual size, size and color of the product may vary.
✅Force majeure: If we fail to provide the products due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, fires, floods, accidents, equipment failures or any situation beyond our control), we will not provide users or any third party bears any responsibility.

🔰Pre-Order Item🔰
✅The cut-off and the arrival date of each Item is different, please read the post carefully.
✅You must finish the payment (full paid or deposit) for the item first, otherwise the order will not be confirmed.
✅Early Bird Price DO NOT fit on 5-day transfer period. Once the early bird price ended, the order will be cancelled.
✅Delivery day depends on suppliers.
✅Mostly, it will be taken 14-21 working days to deliver to Hong Kong.
❎This is possible that the pre-order item will unavailable or out of stock because of any reasons, the payment will be refunded*.
*If you use a credit card for the payment, it will be refunded after deducting the handling fee. We strongly recommend that using other payment methods for pre-order items.

🔰In Stock Item🔰
✅In Stock Items will be sold on different websites at the same time (such as Facebook / IG). We will try our best to update the inventory, but there is still have a chance that it will be out of stock.
✅If an order is placed for an in stock product and a pre-ordered product at the same time, we will only wait for all products are arrived and then arrange the delivery.
⚠️We strongly recommend that you should place the order for the in stock products and pre-ordered products separately, so that we can arrange the delivery of in stock products first.
🔰Transaction Note🔰
✅If you choose delivery by courier, we will send it ASAP.
✅If you choose to pack up at In's Point, you should pack it within 7days when we send the notification to you. Otherwise we have the right to resell the product, and you will not get any refund.
✅ (Stop Now）If you choose to pack up at our store, you should finish all the process within one month when we send the notification to you. Otherwise we have the right to resell the product, and you will not get any refund.
✅If some products are necessary, our store will open the package for inspection or take photos for record before shipment to ensure that the products are the same as the description. Therefore, if there is any problem after you receive the goods, you need to contact the courier.
✅No Return, No Exchang.
